Bundáskenyér az megy mi? Pedig ez is pár perc alatt elkészül és bárki összeütheti akinek van otthon tojás, tej, vanília és maradék kalács. Igen, ezzel a megmaradt, száraz, nem friss kalácsból lehet durva reggelit csapni. 3 dl tejet és 2 tojást kell elkeverni, majd adjunk hozzá fahéjat, szerecsendiót. Cukor mehet bele ízlés szerint bár a kalács eleve édes. Bele kell áztatni a 2 cm vastag kalácsszeleteket aztán olvasztott vajon ropogósra sütni. Juharsziruppal és gyümölcsökkel tálaljuk.
